- HR Transformation - design HR operating models, shared services, organization structures, digital technology enablement, and HR process improvement.
- Talent Optimization - develop workforce strategies, manage talent and people risk, build capability, and support cultural transformation.
- Rewards Optimization - design reward frameworks aligned to business strategy and optimize compensation and benefits for retention and well-being.
- Create end-to-end campaigns for internal transformations, learning initiatives, and cultural activations
- Develop visual assets, playbooks, messaging decks, and engagement materials tailored to specific workforce audiences
- Partner with consulting teams to translate behavioural and strategic insights into compelling communications
- Prototype interactive experiences that support adoption, upskilling, and enterprise-wide engagement
- Support design of immersive communication journeys linked to talent and organizational initiatives
- Contribute to creative strategy for client-facing events, learning pathways, and experience design forums
- Collaborate with internal teams to test narrative formats across diverse sectors and geographies
- 6-9 years in communications, campaign design, or experience strategy within consulting or corporate environments
- Master's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent creative discipline
- Portfolio of impactful campaigns and communication tools for enterprise audiences
- Exposure to co-creation, prototyping, and strategic storytelling methods
- Strong narrative and visual design capabilities with cross-functional collaboration experience
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring independent ownership
- Ability to translate strategy into clear, engaging messaging and visual storytelling
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Confident working across ambiguous briefs and tight timelines
- Collaborative and co-creative mindset across consulting and design teams
- Skilled in tailoring content for diverse enterprise audiences
- Curious, iterative, and adaptive with a bias for building from scratch
- Familiar with prototyping, comms playbooks, and design strategy principles
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Figma for rapid prototyping
- Miro or MURAL for team collaboration and workshop design
- Articulate Storyline or Rise 360 for e-learning content development
