Generate and qualify leads by identifying potential customers interested in our offerings.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues with professionalism and empathy.
Follow up on leads to ensure consistent engagement and successful closures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interaction, lead information, and sales data records.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments including factory and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for continuous improvement.3. Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written, with fluency in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Customer service orientation – patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Understanding of sales techniques and lead conversion.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data entry.
Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, email communication, etc.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.4. Educational Qualification
Graduate in any stream.
Certifications in Customer Service or CRM tools are a plus.5. Experience
Minimum 6 months to 1 year in a tele-calling, sales coordination, or customer-facing role.
Experience with international clients is a bonus.
Total Experience: 1–3 years preferred.6. Working Conditions
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
