- Drive topline and bottom-line business targets for allocated product segments.
- Lead new product development (NPD) and manage packaging innovations.
- Develop & execute brand communication strategies across categories (hair care, hair colors, oils, shampoos, powders).
- Conduct data analysis using sales & Nielsen reports to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, media, research, and creative agencies.
- Manage brand research, product positioning, and supplier coordination.
- Build and enhance brand equity through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Full-time MBA in Marketing from a reputed management institute.
- Minimum 5 years of FMCG experience (preferably cosmetics/beauty brands).
- Strong knowledge of NPD processes, P&L management, and packaging development.
- Experience liaising with creative & research agencies.
