  • Hands on experience is SAP, able to handle intra group import procurement
  • Responsible of conversion of PR- PO within 48 Hours
  • Responsible for delivery punctuality
  • Able to solve issues related to Quality ,Goods Receipt , BL , Invoice deviation , IDPMS etc
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, coordinating with logistics for timely delivery
  • Reconcile invoices with the accounts department
  • Updating of info Record , source list in SAP
  • Submission of MIS as and when required
  • Knowledge of ERP software (e.g., SAP) and MS Office (Excel) is often required.
  • Adherence to company policy and compliance
  • Research, identify, and evaluate potential vendors; maintain relationships with existing suppliers to ensure reliability.
  • Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
QualificationsExperience - Min 8 YearsEducation - Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical EngineeringAdditional InformationLocation - HinjewadiNote :We prefer candidate who is working in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical manufacturing MNCNotice Period should be maximum 45 daysAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Candidate must have Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Exposure to global procurement / import is mandatoryKonecranes moves what matters.
