Role Microwave SME Job Level/ Designation M2 / AGM Function / Department Circle Operations/O&M Location Hyderabad Job Purpose Responsible for circle Microwave access and back haul network and the service experience Microwave network architecture compliance. Continuous audit of the network and ensure compliance Microwave network acceptance with respect to quality of installation, architecture, and eco system Build a support system for process standardization and OSS integration of the transport network Responsible for regulatory compliance of the operating MW network Service performance analysis and drive performance improvement activities to ensure better RNA Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Accountable to deliver the Network and service KPIs for the Microwave network & systems . Deliver service experience to Mobility and enterprise customers. Work closely with other transport & RAN functions in the circle and central to meet uptime , fault KPI, performance KPI and Change management KPI. Implement circle specific solutions to improve experience for Voice and Data services Responsible for preventive maintenance of Microwave network to reduce outages, alarms , performance issues and equipment damage Work with OEMs, Optical ,OSP teams, NOC and other Field Engineers and drive them to reduce MTTR Drive TAC team for RCA/Plan of Action and its implementation Deliver Opex saving by network optimization, Responsible for effective spare management- plan, distribution and R&R, Asset tracking- Live inventory, tools etc Deliver training to Field Engineers Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience 10-12 Years of experience in Microwave network in service provider/OEM environment Technical expertise in Microwave communications, MPLS-TP, Ethernet ,SDH etc Understanding of Mobility services such as 4G, VoLTE desired. Hands on experience in managing Huawei/Ericsson/Ceragon/Nokia/ZTE devices in a multi-vendor architecture Excellent team building capabilities, communication & Presentation skills.
