Job Description Job Title : Oracle EBS and Fusion Technical ManagerLocations: Hyderabad,Chennai,BangaloreExperience: 8 – 10 YearsOSI Digital seeks an experienced Oracle EBS and Fusion Technical Manager for the AMS (Application Management Services) division in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing, mentoring, and guiding technical development teams in both Oracle EBS and Fusion environments, with a focus on production support and solution enhancements.Responsibilities

Oversee a team of technical developers specializing in Oracle EBS and Fusion, focusing on production support and enhancements.
Collaborate with business analysts and clients to translate business needs into detailed technical documentation (MD70).
Lead the design, development, and unit testing of solutions according to functional specifications.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements for timely incident response and problem resolution.
Perform code reviews to ensure compliance with standards; debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to client satisfaction.

Required Skills

10–12 years of direct experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion technical design and development.
Demonstrated experience leading a team of 10+ technical developers.
Advanced client management and communication skills.
In-depth technical and functional expertise in Oracle EBS and Fusion: Financials, SCM, and Manufacturing modules.
Mastery in RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions), SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Workflows, XML Publisher reports, Unix Shell Scripting, Fusion Reports, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Fusion PaaS.
Familiarity with functional setups in EBS/Fusion, performance tuning, Web ADI, interfaces, and data conversions.
Strong skills in debugging, testing workflows, reports, and data analysis.
Hands-on experience in Oracle implementation and AMS/support project management.

Important Notes

Direct client-facing experience and team leadership are mandatory.
Hybrid/onsite work at the Hyderabad office is required.
