
Industrial Smart Components Key Account Manager

- Customer Interface Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal customers, addressing their needs and ensuring their requirements are met.
- Manufacturing Prioritization: Coordinate with the operations team to align manufacturing priorities with customer demands and production schedules. This can also encompass scheduling by yourself.
- New Product Introduction: Coordinate with internal teams (NPI & Printshop) the introduction of new products, ensuring seamless integration into the manufacturing process.
- Team Collaboration: Facilitate meetings & work closely with the operations, production, planning, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth workflow to achieve timely delivery of products.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the proper implementation of quality control procedures with internal teams to meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Inventory Management: Validates demand forecasts and ensure proper inventory levels of materials and components with the supply chain and NPI team.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to the operations team, troubleshooting issues and offering guidance on best practices.
- Quote Management: Provide internal customers (BUs) with proper product costing within agreed timeframe.
- Cost Management: Identify & drive opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about advancements in manufacturing technology and industry trends, implementing improvements as needed.
- Experience in the RFID manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in customer relationship and/ or program management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a strong drive for results and with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
- Ability to communicate in the local language is required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge of Agile PLM and Oracle EBS is an asset.
- Knowledge of Atlassian Jira is an asset.
- Effective communication skills.
