Roles and ResponsibilitiesSAP FICO Configuration & Implementation:Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP CO (Controlling) modules.Configure and support key areas of SAP FICO such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.Develop and configure custom solutions based on business requirements, ensuring smooth integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PS, etc.).Business Process Analysis:Work closely with business users to analyze financial processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions for process improvements.Participate in requirement gathering sessions, defining business processes, and documenting functional specifications.Translate business requirements into SAP solutions that meet the company's objectives and align with financial reporting needs.Testing & Validation:Oversee the testing phase of SAP FICO implementations, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Collaborate with end users to resolve any issues identified during testing.Ensure that all changes and configurations are tested thoroughly and meet business expectations before going live.End-User Training & Support:Provide training and support to business users to ensure proper usage of the SAP FICO system.Develop user manuals and documentation for SAP FICO processes.Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, ensuring that users are fully equipped to leverage the SAP system effectively.System Optimization & Continuous Improvement:Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP FICO modules to ensure efficient and effective use of the system.Implement enhancements, modifications, and upgrades to keep the system aligned with evolving business needs and SAP best practices.Participate in the design and optimization of financial reporting, ensuring that reporting needs are met for business and regulatory compliance.
