Get ready to unleash your creative prowess and shape the future of data & AI solutionsAs a Data & AI Architect with Kyndryl, you will play a vital role in managing all aspects of data and information, from understanding business requirements to translating them into data models scheme design and data architectures. Your expertise will be critical in guiding the full IT data lifecycle governance , including acquisition, transformation, classification, storage, presentation, distribution, security, privacy, and archiving to ensure data is accurate, complete and secure.You will work closely with our customers to design solutions and data architectures that address their unique business problems, considering their needs and constraints while applying your industry knowledge and expertise. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse technologies, like databases (relational, hierarchical and object-oriented), file systems and storage management, document imaging, knowledge and content management, taxonomies and business intelligence. All relevant for designing business-driven IT solutions that meet data requirements and incorporate cloud solutions for different types of storage needs.As a Data & Architect, you will have the chance to develop and design centralized or distributed systems that both address user requirements and perform efficiently and effectively. You will ensure the viability of proposed solutions by conducting solution assurance assessments and work closely with the project team and key stakeholders to ensure that the final solution meets all customer requirements and expectations.

Engage with customers and account partners to identify AI and Generative AI opportunities and help build proposals and pitch materials
Design, Develop and implement architectures for AI and generative AI models
A forward thinker who is passionate about developing highly innovative breakthrough technologies, and has the resilience to make innovation happen
Keep up with rapid innovations in the Generative AI/ AI/ML across the industry and consistently brings new ideas to the team
Work in conjunction with AI consultants and AI Engineers on use cases ideation, PoC design through development, deployment and steady state
Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies and platforms based on project requirements
Communicate with CTO / CDO / CIO level execs and demonstrate the value of proposed architectural design, recommendations and the business outcomes
Provide and maintain AI best practices, standards and guidelines internally
Stay updated with the latest research advancements in AI and generative AI, and contribute to the development of state-of-the-art techniques and drive innovation within Kyndryl
Identify emerging technologies in AI and Generative AI services space, incubate the technologies, measure the outcome and develop architecture for new offerings
Provide technical leadership and guidance for development and engineering teams

Atleast 5+ years of experience in designing and implementation of Data & Ai architectures using Microsoft AzureOverall 15+ years of experience as Data Architect

Strong knowledge in data modeling, database design and data management best practice
Ability to architect, design and implement infrastructure and platforms from a data and storage perspective
Deep understanding of industry/functional data structure / data models to design, develop, and delivery various Data based use cases. Designing and building database solutions (industry oriented models, schemas/views/tables / stored procedures / forms / queries / etc.)
Neo data solutions – broad understanding & knowledge on designing and building industry focused data solutions using newer technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Cloudera, Data ISV’s like Privacera, Alation etc
Deep understanding & knowledge on Big Data ecosystem implementation in various industries – common challenges, solutions, patterns, technologies & operational models
Good knowledge of various Data & Analytics technologies like DWH’s; Datalake Solutions; ETL solutions; Governance & Information Management; Compliance & Privacy solutions
Very strong PoV & knowledge of various Data Governance, Security, Audit, Compliance & Privacy regulations, policies & standards for atleast 2 of the above listed industries
Understanding of various industry domain & functional usecases driven by data & having a strong PoV around data foundation layer/ecosystem needed to power the same
Cloud native Data Ecosystem - deep understanding & knowledge on designing and building industry/functional data solutions using cloud PaaS & Cloud Native technologies

Solid understanding of various AI fundamentals, such as machine learning, deep learning, generative AI
Good knowledge of generative modelling techniques, such as GANs, VAEs, or similar architectures
Should have knowledge in ModelOps/MLOps, AutoML, AI Ethics, Trust and Explainable AI
Understanding of some of the popular ML frameworks such as SparkML, Tensorflow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, H2o etc.
Good understanding of foundational statistics concepts and algorithms: linear/logistic regression, random forest, boosting, ANN’s, etc.
Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP) or a containerized environment (Mesos, Kubernetes)
Proven experience as an AI Architect or a similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing AI solutions.
