Production Supervisor

• Monitor and control daily starch production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
• Coordinate with operators and technicians to maintain continuous plant operation.
• Process Monitoring

• Supervise the starch extraction, separation, drying, and packaging processes.
• Ensure process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates are maintained.
• Identify and resolve operational problems.
• Quality Control

• Ensure starch quality meets required specifications.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control department for testing and compliance.
• Maintain records of production and quality checks.
• Manpower Management

• Supervise plant operators and helpers.
• Assign daily work and shifts.
• Provide training and guidance to staff.
• Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and plant regulations.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe working conditions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
• Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily production reports.
• Maintain records of raw material consumption and output.
• Report production issues and improvements to management.

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Food Technology.
• Experience in starch manufacturing or food processing industry preferred.

• Typically 3–4 years experience in starch plant or similar process industry.
