7+ years of experience in development and performing production support of Mainframe applications
Strong skills in on COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CA-Datacom and CA-Ideal
Experience of leading 4-6 members team
Experience of maintaining applications with integrations using TIBCO, EDI , FTP to external integrated applications built on AS400, Tandem, Manhattan, Blue Yonder
Experience in mainframe performance tuning and MIPS optimization
Strong communication skills
Exposure to warehouse management systems , pricing , procurement, and sales is a plus
Exposure to mainframe to SAP migration is a plus
