Security&GA supervisorSkill Requirements:

Having more than 8 years of experience in GA/security management of enterprises;
Having experience in promoting GA projects from 0 to 1 is preferred;
Being able to adapt to long-term work in India;
Using English as work language, having more than 1 year experience in Indian English is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

FXBL site Security&GA resources guarantee and management
Overall planning and management of resources
Security: product security management and EHS management；
Food: stable food supply, food safety control, environmental management
Dorm: resource planning, environmental maintenance and improvement, to enhance accommodation satisfaction
Transport: ensure sufficient vehicles, increase riding rate, improve vehivle satisfaction, and reduce transport costs
Standardization and systematic promotion of GA operation procedure
Selection/Training/Employment/Retention of Security&GA
