We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in Staff Augmentation & IT Services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, managing relationships, and expanding business opportunities across India and the Middle East markets.Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients in staff augmentation, IT outsourcing, and managed services. - Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in India and Middle East markets. - Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and account growth. - Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements within defined timelines. - Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and client acquisition objectives. - Negotiate contracts, commercials, and service agreements with clients. - Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to provide insights to leadership. - Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.Key Requirements: - 7-10 years of proven experience in business development/sales within staff augmentation, IT consulting, or workforce solutions. - Strong client network and proven track record of winning accounts in India and/or Middle East. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to manage C-level relationships and influence decision-makers. - Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, talent market, and staffing models. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Willingness to travel (as required) across India and Middle East.Preferred Qualifications: - MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or HR Management (preferred, not mandatory). - Prior experience working with large enterprises, IT service providers, or consulting firms. - Knowledge of Middle East business culture and staffing regulations will be an advantage.
