- Technically sound in manufacturing processes of Forging.
- New projects Tooling/Capex estimation based on the part geometry.
- Capacity evaluation of suppliers
- Floating RFQ, technical synthesis closures, DVP closures with suppliers/R&D
- Should have good knowledge of vendor database2. Quality Improvement
- Capable enough to coordinate with the supplier and QA team for quality improvement
- Monitor Supplier performance to access ability to meet quality and delivery requirements
- Co-ordination with NPD quality team for sample//APQP/PPAP closures
