Job Summary We seek a passionate and driven Campaign Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and manage effective marketing campaigns that align with our company's and client's goals and objectives. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative campaign strategies to promote clients and in-house products/services. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to engage them effectively. Assisted with preparing and delivering digital marketing activity plans; suggested social media collaborations and schedules in response to market trends and competitor activity; and provide ongoing, timely support for both in-house and client accounts' digital media efforts. Manage promotional materials and content production across various channels, including social media, emails, and PR platforms. Ensure marketing activity is delivered within the agreed campaign budget and report on return on investment and key performance metrics for executed campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign performance, using data to optimize future campaigns. Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products/services, both internally and externally. Work closely with sales teams to generate leads and achieve sales targets. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our campaigns remain relevant and impactful. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 Years of experience in a campaign management role across channels such as Google Adwords, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc. Strong understanding of campaign execution principles, strategies, and techniques. Familiar with optimizing campaigns based on KPIs like Conversions, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Experience in all aspects of developing and executing digital marketing strategies. Proven experience in customer and market research. Proficient in using digital marketing and campaign management tools and platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
