UBS RecruitingYour teamYou'll be working in the WMA, OTM Crew Pune. We offer technology solutions for Retail Clients, FA's/CSA's Front & Middle-office users, Money Managers, and Traders. These solutions support three key service lines: Order Entry, Management, and Execution/Market Connectivity; Trade Affirmation, Allocation, and Settlement; and Client, Regulatory, and Risk Reporting. As a Java Backend Developer, you'll play an important role in Modernizing these applications.Your expertise

ideally 4+ years of experience on Java development using in Core Java, Spring-boot, and JPA
proficient skills with tools like: InteliJ IDEA, JIRA, Git, Gitlab, Maven etc
good to have understanding of Cloud Native microservice architecture, database concept, Kafka messaging system, Cloud Fundamentals and Gitlab
hands-on experience in WebSphere and UNIX shell scripting
expertise in multi-threaded programming, memory management, profiling virtualization and containerization
experience in RDBMS such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or oracle
know-how of CI/CD pipeline integration (e.g., gitlab, azure devops)
