Job RequirementsThe Program Manager be responsible for customer development, employee supervision, hiring, project management, program management and financial/business health of the program. Program Manager span of control extends over a group of technical and people managers and by extension their direct reportees as well.Responsibility
  • Warehouse management experience with focus controls software for material handling systems
  • Conflict Management, Span of Control, Hiring process ownership, ESAT Management, Budgeting, Offer Management (Compensation), Performance management of team, Taking Disciplinary and employment actions. Promotion Nominations; Annual appraisal pay raises
  • Is responsible for following project types: FoPs. SPPs, Local Global Projects
  • Project sponsor reviews, Productivity/Continuous Improvements, RCA, Quality plan, Proposal preparation & Approvals.
  • Can own TCPs for program/sites, bill rate proposals for non MTA (Sales & Pricing team approves)
  • Adherence to Quality, customer requirements, and any other policies and standards. Export and Data security compliance.
  • Business rhythms (month end timesheets, IDP deadline, quarterly KRA reminders, events, etc.)
  • Hold monthly program reviews on balanced metrics
  • Help answer team members technical questions. Standard work - creation and maintenance. Review and sign off on technical reviews. Responsible for service-specific training, especially content.
  • Managing, updating, and creating training material. Support training initiatives as needed.
  • Supporting root cause analyses and improvement actions.
  • Conduct technical reviews / deliverable reviews and monitor technical health of projects
  • Leverage technical knowledge to acquire more projects through ongoing and pilot projects and TEDs.
  • Support technical capability assessments of the team members in your service.
  • Support hiring by conducting Technical interviews
  • Work with technical managers within program to ensure healthy capability development within organization. Create environment where Cascading Talent is encouraged.
