- Campaign Management:
- Optimize, execute & measure various marketing campaigns across social media channels and Google by liaising with the digital marketing agencies.
- Draft & craft the right communication using in-house/external graphic team as the need may be.
- Generate performance report to review & evaluate next steps.
- Schedule & execute Webinars in coordination with product team to pull max relevant attendees from specific TG.
- Identify new platforms/apps (Eg, WhatsApp) to engage relevant TG.
- Build, manage & improvise Database to create wider reach.
- Manage the Website (update content, etc.) & Intranet (update content, find innovative ways to encourage employees to engage more on Intranet, etc.).
- Manage digital & print versions of assets for new products & manage distribution of the same further to distributors.
- Make conceptual videos of products as & when required (Eg, Testimonials, application, etc.) with the help of in-house or external resources.
- Maintain regular communication with distributors to support them with any marketing activity & to ensure their support and participation for maximum reach of the campaigns.
- Monitor activities of other brands to evaluate current trends.
- Identify relevant event (exhibition, seminar, conference, etc.) & execute them smoothly.
- Co-ordinate and understand requirements of internal team to support them with suitable sales & marketing tools.
- Be owner of your KPIs to help Marketing department achieve overall growth & goals
- Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills with an ability to clearly articulate and express complex marketing ideas to a wide range of people and groups at various levels.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Should be ready to travel as & when required to other cities/countries for work.
- Able to manage Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Email campaign, etc., to reach the right Target Group (Programmatic on different metrics like CPC, CPT, CPM, and CTRs) (Fluent in reading and interpreting Google Analytics Data).
- Well-skilled to identify and implement content marketing ideas that will help generate better visibility.
- Should have been part of the execution of various physical events (Exhibitions, Conferences, Workshops, etc.).
- Good understanding of the Webinar platform to organize online events.
- Understanding of Lead management system (CRM) (generate, nurture & convert into opportunity) to support Database Management activity.
