Job Description :hiring a seasoned Chief Financial Officer for a leading FMCG company in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience, including 10+ years in a senior leadership/CFO role within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.CTC: Up to ₹1.25 Cr per annumFinancial Strategy and Planning:
Developing and implementing financial strategies and policies.
Creating and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
Providing financial advice on long-term business plans and strategic initiatives.
2. Financial Management and Operations:
Overseeing all finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Managing cash flow and investments.
Overseeing the financial technology stack and systems.
3. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks, Developing and implementing internal controls, and Managing insurance and other risk-related activities.
