2. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet organizational needs.
3. Provide expertise in the customization and configuration of ServiceNow, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
4. Lead and mentor developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
5. Stay current with industry's best practices and emerging trends in ServiceNow development (latest version, GenAI - NowAssist capabilities etc.), recommending and implementing improvements as necessary
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
7. Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.
8. Understanding of Proximus architectural build and provide solutions for customer needs.
9. Provide support to the developers and the team members
10. Mentor/ groom the team to upskill themselves on the latest features in ServiceNow
11. Offer developers/ team members constructive feedback to help them build the latest and in-demand skills
12. Support hiring activities by reviewing profiles and evaluating them,Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a ServiceNow SME/ Tech Lead, with a minimum of 8+yrs in ServiceNow platform.
2. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices.
3. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
4. Strong expertise in Integration (REST and SOAP).
5. Knowledge of JSON and XML parsers.
6. ServiceNow implementation experience in CSM module
7. Strong expertise in ServiceNow development tools, including but not limited to Configurable workspace, Workflow Editor, Form Designer, UI Builder and Service Portal.
8. ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is highly desirable.
9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
10.
