Reports to: Head of Marketing / Business HeadKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies for Solar Rooftop solutions in both B2C and B2B markets.Drive lead generation campaigns through digital, offline, and on-ground channels.Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.Build and manage branding and promotional activities to increase market presence.Collaborate with the sales team to design sales enablement tools and presentations.Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media presence.Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and roadshows to promote solar rooftop products.Prepare and monitor marketing budgets ensuring ROI-driven campaigns.Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.Establish strategic partnerships with vendors, agencies, and industry stakeholders.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in Renewable Energy / Solar / Power sector.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and lead generation techniques.Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.Proven ability to handle both B2C and B2B marketing strategies.
