- Performing masterbatch development following Accolade stages gate process / regional procedure. Conduct all duties according to SOP's
- Support product development and product localization and monitor scale up process
- Carry out new product development projects, liaise with the extrusion lab team in case of any quality issue on the product to determine an action for solving the problem, perform analysis on samples from trial production
- Perform benchmark analysis on competition sample, provide an analysis report, and deliver to ADTS
- Support formula recipe adjustment and modification
- Carry out new raw materials evaluation, register for new/ change material into DQP
- Provide supporting documents such as a provisional technical data sheet on experimental data of new product
- Ensure retained samples are kept in good condition and ensure cleanliness of the laboratory and equipment
- Ensure effective R&D record traceability
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or degree in polymer and material science.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
- Licenses & Certifications: Basic knowledge of ISO9001
