Summary:We are looking for a talented and driven Electro-Mechanical Application Engineer to become a key part of our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, sales, and engineering teams to deliver tailored technical solutions, support seamless product integration, and ensure the effective application of our mechanical systems in diverse customer environments in Aerospace and defence department.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Engage with customers to gather application requirements and recommend optimal mechanical solutions.
Offer installation and post-installation technical support and resolve application-related issues.
Suggest modifications and tailor existing products to meet specific customer needs with minimal design alterations.
Assist the engineering and sales team by delivering technical presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting proposal development.
Perform feasibility assessments, including supporting evaluating analyses, as well as performance simulations.

Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of prototypes and production units.
Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product development and strategy.

Skills:

Experience in defence, aerospace, or automotive sectors.
Familiarity with heat exchangers, cooling systems, electromechanical assemblies and hydraulics.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.

Education and Experience:

BE / BTech in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electro-Mechanical streams with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of thermal systems, fluid dynamics, and mechanical integration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and interface with cross-functional teams.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and work effectively with UK/India Team
