And as you help us create a better world, we will help you build your own intellectual firepower.Welcome to the relentless pursuit of better.Inviting applications for the role of Sr Manager Business Communication Manager, CommunicationThis role will manage, implement, and modify the G-account overall approach to communications, which includes the monitoring (and modifying, as appropriate) of client / Internal engagements. This position is expected to identify and implement the right strategies to work on the strategic messaging related to stabilization in the ever-evolving context of G – Account as an important focus of the position, as well as to ensure the project’s relevance to leadership for their advocacy and strategic focus.

  • Relevant year of experience
  • Enabling Leadership to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive change in the Genpact/client account.
  • Supporting Leadership in formulating, executing, implementing & updating Communications Strategy for the account.
  • Change management communications to support transformational projects,
  • Internal announcements and staff events management
  • Developing/executing communications and stakeholder engagement strategies to promote the strategic roadmap.
  • Build and manage relationships with external / internal customers & service providers/ vendors.
  • Creating and maintaining strategy materials for constant availability to Leadership and client.
  • Ensuring the alignment of messages and distributed content with the overarching strategy communications plan
External: Client / Customer Communication
Develop external communications including, but not limited to, success stories, reports, and other materials that communicate project’s lessons and successes over last 3 years.
  • Structure the framework / produce and/or solicit, finalize, and disseminate (to appropriate role / individuals) a range of regularly required written / emailer update, regular virtual connects about the new project / value unlock / possible new business etc. including, but not limited to: monthly /Quarterly /, Annual update, Newsletters, monthly governance Updates, success stories, Big Events/Big Meetings across the regional hubs of the account
  • Develop “Transforming business” stories using the Genpact guidelines to be Prepared for quarterly reporting in the client & leadership updates.
  • Implement the Program’s Branding Strategy and an and ensure that new project deliverables are in compliance with the Plan.
External: Media Communication
  • Summarize updates of client news from social media, including company web site, Twitter, Facebook, and other outlets, if approved by Genpact.
  • G - Account achievements / milestone being published through profile leadership LinkedIn / twitter / teams channel / GSocial / Genpact Internal site etc.
Internal: Sr. leadership & Employee Communications
  • Coordinate the timely preparation for, development and submission of substantive details, especially monthly, quarterly, annual updates.
  • Explore solutions and/or upgrades to Project communications in account.
  • To bring awareness / Educate the employee base on the UL Account’s strategic direction, motivation.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership team across various regions to create a content publishing calendar, determine / implement communication needs/plan.
  • Collating / Communicating - global, local, and regional events as required.
  • Driving employee engagement through knowledge sharing and regular, timely and accurate communications
General Communication
  • Disseminate stories collaborating with key people.
  • Develop and manage Program events calendar and collaborate with team to collect, maintain and distribute current content appropriately.
  • Repository of all the events photographs, video, graphics/visuals and maintain these items to support the storyline / update for client / leadership.
  • Liaise with G communications team to share photos, stories, and other UL material for appreciative update in the CPG vertical / client newsletters.
  • Manage repository of communication for ready refinance & if required measure the effectiveness.
  • Provide quality control of writing, editing, and proofreading internal and external communications.
Relationships
  • Will work closely with Global Business Leader
  • Collaborate with the Leadership team members across various regions with the account & larger Genpact.
  • Work collegially in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural, multi-regional team
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (master's degree preferred) in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Behavior Change Communications
  • Work Experience: relevant years of relevant experience designing and managing communications and outreach strategies for complex international development program(s)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, other graphic designers such as Adobe Creative Suite etc.
  • Language: Native speaker or native-like command of English (written and oral)
