- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory Act, and Contract Labour Act.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns, challans, and filings with government authorities.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation as per legal requirements.
- Coordinate with external consultants, labour officers, and statutory authorities during inspections and audits.
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and wage data in compliance with labour legislation.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring statutory deductions and compliance accuracy.
- Assist in handling labour inspections, notices, and legal compliance-related correspondence.
- Monitor changes in labour laws and statutory regulations and implement necessary updates.
- Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes as per standing orders and labour laws.
- Ensure compliance for contract labour, including vendor documentation and statutory adherence.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance for manufacturing units.
- Hands-on experience in PF, ESI, Factory Act, CLRA, Bonus, Gratuity, and wage compliance.
- Good coordination and communication skills with authorities and internal stakeholders.
