How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Driving Specialty Gas sales within the assigned geography through identification of key growth markets including Life Science, Energy and Chemical, Research Laboratories, Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, Pharma and / or products and associated targets. Development and execution of a strategy to capture growth.
Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers and generate leads
Account management of the assigned customer base in the region and generating new business from existing accounts
Present our products to clients and tailor sales presentations to their specific needs.
Build rapport and address customer objections effectively.
Plan and organize work schedules to prospect, qualify, develop, and close new accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions that meet customer requirements.
Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and standard and special contracts and also conducting sales and price negotiations
Stay updated on market trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Utilize all necessary sales and marketing literature to promote Air Liquide initiatives that are identified as part of the region's growth strategy.
Maintain and upgrade selling skills and technical/product knowledge through required training and self- directed research and learning.
Maintain accurate records and submit required reports.
Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information.
Present a professional image reflective of our company values
Maintenance of the CRM tool (e.g. customer visits, opportunities and accounts)
