Job Category: Customer ServicesDegree Level: Bachelor's degreeJob Description:We are seeking an experienced and visionary AI/ML Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and ML systems across Autonomous Network. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business transformation through the application of AI/ML and Generative AI technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and define scalable, secure, and innovative architectures aligned with enterprise goals.If you have a passion for AI, cloud-based ML solutions, and driving scalable innovation, this role is for you.Responsibilities:

Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML system solutions on the Cloud, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability throughout all project phases-from discovery and proof of concept to industrialization, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into AI-driven solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.
Propose, implement, and select optimal machine learning algorithms by leveraging advanced statistical tools and data science techniques to uncover insights and generate accurate predictions.
Ensure security, compliance, and governance of AI solutions in production.
Research, prototype, and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques to solve complex business problems.
Act as a technical leader and mentor to AI/ML engineers across projects, guiding junior engineers in defining robust methodologies and evaluating the most effective technical solutions.
Define and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and scalable design patterns. Facilitate technical knowledge sharing sessions, code reviews, and design walkthroughs.
Built scalable APIs for real-time web application enforcement and integrating applications with AI Pipelines. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered features.
Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML research, tools, and frameworks, and assess their applicability to current projects.
Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test cases, and user manuals.
Foster a culture of innovation by exploring emerging AI technologies such as reinforcement learning, split learning, or multimodal AI.

Qualifications:You have:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, with overall 8+ years of experience, including extensive work in the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML systems.
Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, with advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and relational/non-relational databases.
Deep understanding of ML, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and applied GenAI solutions.
Demonstrated experience in designing scalable AI/ML architectures and integrating intelligent systems into production-ready, cloud-native applications.
Hands-on knowledge of MLOps practices and tools, such as Kubeflow, MLflow, Vertex AI, and LLMOps pipelines.
Strong grip on Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices-based architecture for deployment and orchestration of AI solutions.
Exposure to big data ecosystems (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop) and real-time data processing in AI pipelines.
Proficient in DevOps/MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for ML, automated testing, model versioning, and monitoring.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Proven ability to lead and mentor AI/ML engineering teams, promote technical best practices, and drive delivery excellence.

It would be nice if you also had:

Experience working with OpenAI, Meta LLaMA models, and LangChain-based frameworks for GenAI applications.
Prior experience developing AI solutions in the telecom domain, with an understanding of domain-specific challenges and data environments.
Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning, Federated Learning, or Multimodal AI as emerging research applications.
