We are looking for a Business Development Manager for Staff Augmentation. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with potential clients The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries in need of staff augmentation services. Develop and implement strategies to target and engage these prospects. Reach out to potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and propose tailored staff augmentation solutions. Lead negotiations and close deals effectively. Work closely with the Vendor team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met. Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and market analysis. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings. Promote our staff augmentation services through various channels. Qualifications Excellent business writing and fluent English language proficiency. BSc/btech or relevant field. Excellent email etiquette skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the staff augmentation model and IT staffing industry. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
