- Lead and execute the India HR strategy across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with regional and global business objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, providing counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership capability, and culture.
- Play a pivotal role in scaling the Global Business Services (GBS) center in Kochi, enabling talent acquisition, capability building, and workforce strategies that support global transformation initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring operational excellence across employee lifecycle processes, payroll governance, and benefits administration.
- Ensure full compliance with India labour laws, regulatory requirements, and alignment with global HR policies and standards.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through robust performance management, succession planning, and leadership development frameworks.
- Lead and develop a distributed HR team, building capability and ensuring consistent HR delivery across locations.
- Champion employee engagement, culture, and change management initiatives that support growth, innovation, and high performance.
- Partner with talent acquisition to build proactive, scalable hiring strategies, particularly for critical and high-growth functions within the GBS.
- Leverage HR analytics and insights to inform decision-making, track key people metrics, and continuously improve HR outcomes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12 - 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in complex, multi-site or matrixed organizations.
- Proven experience supporting or scaling Global Business Services (GBS) / Shared Services environments, ideally within a transformation context.
- Strong knowledge of India labour laws, compliance frameworks, and global HR operating models.
- Demonstrated capability in strategic HR partnering, organizational design, and workforce planning at senior leadership levels.
- Experience leading and developing HR teams across multiple locations.
- Strong exposure to HR digitalization, HRIS platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across regional and global environments.
- Experience in technology, engineering, or transformation-driven organizations is advantageous.
