The successful candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing data to answer questions, analysing data trends, generating insights, and supporting decision-making processes to drive business growth and efficiency.Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and projects.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Key Measurable:
  • Accuracy and timeliness of data analysis and reporting.
  • Number of actionable insights generated per quarter.
  • Improvement in business processes based on data-driven recommendations.
  • User satisfaction with dashboards and reports.
  • Contribution to achieving business goals and KPIs.
Minimum Professional Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Advanced experience in Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Reporting and Visualization Tool Experience:
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
  • Advanced knowledge of Tableau for creating interactive dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for business intelligence reporting.
  • Understanding of Excel for data organization and basic analysis.
Beneficial Certifications or Qualifications:
  • Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or equivalent certification.
  • Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Certified Data Analyst.
  • Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
  • Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate.
  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
