With experience of over 8 years in the IT industry, our core vision is to provide the best client servicing with timely and qualitative delivery of Recruitment and Staffing solutions.Benefits:· In-House snacks· Lucrative Salary· Great work culture· Cab pick/dropThe RoleJob brief:It is a sales position responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing business within the US Accounting process niche.Activities include client development, meeting sales objectives, obtaining requisitions/job orders, building relationships, penetrating client accounts and ensuring delivery.Responsibilities:

The primary focus is to bring new business from new and existing clients.
Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts & to further penetrate existing accounts.
Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, continuously assessing and communicating how Collar Search as a RPO can meet their needs.
Cold calling and Market research to locate the potential Vendors/Clients.
Should provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance, activity reports and account strategy concerns.
Expertise generating new business for APO Augmentation Services.
Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills.
Expert in Delivery Management / Client Servicing

Ideal Profile

Excellent communication
Knowledge and understanding of US Accounting, Quickbooks and Bookkeeping
Sales experience required proficient skills in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Tally, Microsoft Excel, and any other US Payroll Software
Experience: 1-5 years of experience in Sales (Preferably in US Accoulting Sales)
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Saturday and Sunday Off) - 5 days working
Job Location : Noida, Sector 60 (work from home for next 3 months)
