- The primary focus is to bring new business from new and existing clients.
- Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts & to further penetrate existing accounts.
- Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, continuously assessing and communicating how Collar Search as a RPO can meet their needs.
- Cold calling and Market research to locate the potential Vendors/Clients.
- Should provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance, activity reports and account strategy concerns.
- Expertise generating new business for APO Augmentation Services.
- Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills.
- Expert in Delivery Management / Client Servicing
- Excellent communication
- Knowledge and understanding of US Accounting, Quickbooks and Bookkeeping
- Sales experience required proficient skills in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Tally, Microsoft Excel, and any other US Payroll Software
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in Sales (Preferably in US Accoulting Sales)
- Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Saturday and Sunday Off) - 5 days working
- Job Location : Noida, Sector 60 (work from home for next 3 months)
