Position:Quality ManagerLocation:DamanExperience:5 - 10 YearsIndustries:PolymerResponsibilities:

Candidate should have experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Process Excellence.

Lead and mentor QA and QC teams, promote continuous improvement, and oversee performance metrics.Conduct training on QA/QC procedures, QMS systems, and regulatory requirements * Engage in supplier quality assessments, raw material qualification, and oversight of external laboratory support.

Develop, implement, and update QA/QC policies and procedures suited to chemical operations
Process and product audit as per given plan
Counter measure implementation in case of concern in parts at molding stage
Final inspection as per quality standard of outgoing materials
Take corrective and preventive action as per reported complain, Preparing, Process Validation.
