- Prioritize and scale up programs to achieve objectives.
- Identify key activities and action plans based on the Foundation's Mission and Values.
- Establish and maintain systems for monitoring and measuring operational management and development.
- Report to the President on operational issues, opportunities, and budgets.
- Design, implement, and communicate a strategy for operational management and program development.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Manage operational performance metrics and dashboards.
- Implement innovative technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage the program and operational aspects of the annual budget in conjunction with the Finance Department.
- Work closely with the finance team to manage the organization's budget and financial resources.
- Ensure productive relationships are maintained with internal and external stakeholders, including donors.
- Ensure the timely submission of performance reports to donors.
- Demonstrated skills in leading diverse work teams and implementing organization-wide processes across a broad geography.
- Broad knowledge and experience in policy development, project management, and people management in a large-scale organization.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including excellent oral and written communication.
- Familiarity with change management.

- Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written skills in English and Tamil.
- Education: MBA or postgraduate in Development, or a similar advanced degree, from a reputed institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 to 15 years of relevant experience with progressive leadership exposure. At least 8 to 10 years of experience in a predominantly supervisory position with a growth-oriented organization.
- Candidates with experience in the not-for-profit sector will be preferred.
