Role OverviewWe are looking for a Functional Consultant with deep domain knowledge in risk management and financial services, specifically within OFSAA’s EPM/ERM modules. The consultant will work closely with PNB Bank’s stakeholders to bridge business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring effective use of OFSAA for regulatory and performance reporting.Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams for OFSAA ERM/EPM modules.- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for modules including FTP, PFT, IFRS, and LRM.- Support functional design, configuration, and validation of OFSAA solutions.- Assist in UAT, regression testing, and production rollout activities.- Provide functional expertise in financial risk, profitability, and regulatory reporting.Required Skills & Experience- 6–8 years of functional consulting experience in OFSAA ERM/EPM modules.- Strong understanding of banking risk management, profitability frameworks, and IFRS compliance.- Experience in FTP, PFT, IFRS, and LRM functional processes (Basel not required).- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.- Prior exposure to managed services engagements in banking preferred.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
