- Preparing & guiding implementation of outgoing & incoming quality process for smooth operations.
- Conduct audit of incoming material at warehouse, execute outgoing (dispatch) quality audit at warehouse, and prepare non-conformity report in case of any discrepancy.
- Analyze & improve packaging condition of material at warehouse through service provider.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for effective operations of warehouse.
- Coordination with product development manager (accessories) for any quality issues & technical support.
- Do failure analysis of warranty returns & take corrective actions through vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors to make necessary changes in product in case of any technical flaws. In order to maintain the quality of accessory products as per standards.
- Monitor the processes implementation and performance to gauge the effectiveness of service provider.
- Review and monitor the transporters service quality within the prescribed cost.
- Suggest/ Explore innovative ways/ ideas on packaging and ensure implementation through service providers to reduce packaging cost in order to ensure materials at dispatch & receive in right condition within the agreed timelines

- Relevant Experience :
- 4-6 yrs.(preferred exp in Product &Manufacturing Quality )
