UBS RecruitingYour teamYou'll be working in the HR Service Delivery team in Pune. We're a team of Human Resource Service Delivery unit.Your expertise

bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field
1 to 3 years of relevant in house/outsourced payroll operations experience
advanced Microsoft Office skills
meticulous, structured, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
good understanding of APAC Payroll and Tax
strong customer focus and communication skills
ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
ability to work in APAC / General shifts
ability to handle sensitive data
a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision (you can micromanage yourself)
a great communicator, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organization
organized and detail oriented
proactive and a good team player
fluent in English
