  • compile and analyze payroll information for vendor
  • provide tax and social security guidance on payroll related queries
  • ensure timely disbursement of salaries, tax and social security's contributions
  • respond to tax authority with respect to tax notices, audits and correspondence
  • handling projects and process enhancement initiatives

UBS RecruitingYour teamYou'll be working in the HR Service Delivery team in Pune. We're a team of Human Resource Service Delivery unit.Your expertise
  • bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant in house/outsourced payroll operations experience
  • advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • meticulous, structured, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • good understanding of APAC Payroll and Tax
  • strong customer focus and communication skills
  • ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to work in APAC / General shifts
  • ability to handle sensitive data
  • a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision (you can micromanage yourself)
  • a great communicator, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organization
  • organized and detail oriented
  • proactive and a good team player
  • fluent in English
