Degree Level: 3 or 4 Year Graduate / DegreeJob Description:Primary Roles & Responsibilities

· Lead a team of data stewards, typically consisting of 4 to 5 employees.
Provide mentoring and training to fellow data stewards.
Create and maintain master data attributes for customers, suppliers, parts, solutions, and items.
Collaborate with the Master Data Governance team to recommend changes that improve process efficiencies, ensuring timely and professional communication to users, management, and senior leadership regarding recurring issues.
Interface with cross-functional teams to validate adherence to master data policies and correct non-adherence where appropriate.
Perform validation and corrections via audit reports to ensure daily standardization.
Apply best business practices for mass data updates as appropriate.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in DGO operations.
Develop standard procedures, user guides, and other necessary training and job aid materials, and provide training as needed.
Utilize analytical skills to identify trends.
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Act as a Change Ambassador, promoting and ensuring the adoption of new processes or implementations across Black Box.
Ensure that only approved and valid changes are allowed into the production environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Must possess a methodical approach, be detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Proven ability to translate IT service business needs into system and master data requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively in a matrixed environment across all organizational levels.
Strong understanding of the interrelationship and impact of master data on various functions and applications.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve results.
Customer service-oriented with a focus on process improvement.

Education/Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in data management and analysis or related fields.
Proficiency in SAP Master Data Management.
Experience with computer system validation and validated testing is advantageous.
Familiarity with ERP Master Data processes, including additions, changes, and deletions.
