Spearheading the Finance function of a Series-B funded start-up and work closely with the Founders to create an imapact as a core team member.

Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the company's growth objectives.
Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to provide insights into the company's financial performance and trends.
Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports to the executive team and board of directors.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Lead investor relations & fund-raising efforts, including equity and debt financing and negotiation of financing terms with investors.

CA/MBA Finance with 10 to 15 years of experience
Experience in handling end-to-end finance and compliance
Start-up experience preferred
Sound knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in corporate governance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with investors, lenders, and other external stakeholders.
