We are looking for a motivated and entry-level Junior System Administrator to join our IT team. As a Junior System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining our organizations computer systems and networks.○ The Junior system administrator should also have the patience to contact various interdisciplinary teams and users.○ Your objective will be to make our technological infrastructure work smoothly and efficiently.Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including laptop and desktop computers, routers, switches, printers, phones.

Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting. Provide technical Support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.

Monitor performance and service systems according to requirements.

Managing and configuring Internet Routers, troubleshooting issues related to Wireless and data networks like(LAN/WiFi)

Perform IT Audit on all systems every quarter.

Server Monitoring and administrating the cloud system through patches and service deployments.

Create user accounts and give a brief tutorial on the ERP account and its features.

Maintain the IT Asset records up to date with users undertaking.

Requirements

Total work experience as Junior system administrator: 1 year(preferred).

Able to quickly understand complex problems and devise effective solutions.

Effective communication with others, both verbal and written.

Basic understanding of Windows operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Windows 10).
