We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our team and assist in sales and business development activities. As a Sales Executive/Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sales process, learn about our products or services, and contribute to the growth of our business. This internship will provide valuable exposure to the world of sales and a chance to develop essential skills for a successful career in sales. Places - Goa Or Delhi-NCR Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients and market segments. Gather information about competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences to assist the sales team in creating effective strategies. 2. Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Collaborate with the sales team to create and maintain a database of prospective clients. 3. Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients to introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team. 4. Sales Support: Aid the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Help in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales documentation and CRM records. 5. Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, and assist in resolving any issues or concerns. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments such as marketing and customer support to ensure seamless communication and alignment of efforts. 7. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance your understanding of sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interaction skills. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or having a Bachelor's degree Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment. Basic understanding of sales principles and processes. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
