Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to virtual desktop infrastructure.Develop and enforce security best practices for AVD environments.
Ensure that AVD implementations adhere to relevant compliance standards and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network, security, and application teams, to ensure a cohesive and integrated AVD solution.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.Lead the development of POCs to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed AVD solutions.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies that enhance the AVD architecture.Help with documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and guidelines.Key Responsibilities:· To manage and support AVD Session Pools having the Session Hosts deployed where Session Desktops (Virtual Desktops) and RemoteApps are hosted.· Manage the AVD Master Images located in the Azure Compute Gallery as part of regular Image updates, Application management and Optimization.· Configure and manage Session Pools based on the Sizing-requirement.· Should have hands on experience on Scaling of Azure resources.· Should have knowledge on managing Network and Storage resources where AVD Environment is configured to.· Good knowledge in managing Subscriptions and Respective Resource Groups.· Hands-on experience on FSLogix management and policies.· Collaborate with Cross functional teams like Endpoint Operations teams for Applications deployments and updates, Security tools management like Antivirus and Auditing tools. Provide timely and effective technical support to clients using Azure Virtual Desktop.· Diagnose and resolve issues related to virtual desktop connectivity, performance, and application functionality.· Create and update knowledge base articles and user guides to facilitate self-service for clients and to ensure shift left to Service desk (especially those related to user reported issues and are recurring).· Work closely with Microsoft support teams to escalate and resolve issues that require higher-level intervention.· Conduct training sessions to the internal AVD team as part of cross skill program.· Participate in all Service Management Office meetings especially lead the CAB meetings to represent AVD support change requests.· Regularly update operations manual with all the changes happens as part of change management process.

Identify testing configurations for the overall solution. Document specifications which provide a high level of definition of the module and describe how it interfaces/integrates with other modules • Coordinate and oversee complex feature development/testing by team members. Monitor adherence to quality and encourage the team members to adhere to quality processes. Review written code for self and others• Develop test strategies. Coordinate and oversee testing by team members. • Participate as a member of the product design team with focus on system maintainability/usability. Develop plan, write and execute tests at the system level. • Assist with analysis of difficult system problems. Consultant for product or solution problems. Recommend suggested solutions to problems. • Fix defects in multiple product areas. Solve complex problems. Coordinate and oversee defect resolution by team members. Oversee test case maintenance. Review external customer User Communication Forms (UCF’s) for a system and update or create new test cases as appropriate. • Recommend Serviceability design improvements to Engineering. Drive opportunities to improve Field Support and Engineering relationships. Provide manufacturing support. • Lead efforts of virtual teams. Understand regional cultural considerations and form tight working relationships. • Learn new technologies and continue to expand expertise. • Participates in Innovation activities by commenting and generating ideas and leading a team. Provide training to associates within or outside the organization. Creation of Knowledge Documents.
