- Responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates.
- Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking and headhunting.
- Execute on creative, out of the box, sourcing strategies to uncover alternative candidate pools.
- Build a strong brand in the market, proactively networking, cold calling, and “deep dive” into passive candidate networks through various markets and channels
- Perform phone screens, shortlists of candidates, conduct and lead the interview process, manage debriefs discussions and potentially offer processes
- Partner with executives and managers to determine staffing needs and appropriate placement of candidates
- Develop strong partnering relationships with the Talent Partner team as well as the overall People & Culture team.
- Partake in local and global recruitment projects and events.
- 1 - 2 years of Sourcing/Recruitment experience, with specific success in candidate generation and sourcing, gained from a recruitment agency or in-house environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Significant hands-on experience with world class sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. recruiting on social platforms, crafting Boolean search strings, LI Recruiter, etc.)
- Proven experience in sourcing and building the candidate pools
- Previous experience in evaluating, interviewing and assessing candidates and ensuring that only top talent is presented to the hiring team.
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Detail oriented and able to work with a high sense of urgency, within a fast-paced environment
- The ability to understand and communicate technical elements and the requirements. You understand the nuances of different technology stacks and possess a strong ability to assess the technical skills of candidates.
- You are an independent thinker and can work with minimal supervision.
