Performing system calculations and preparing specifications, reports, and other documentation. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise with the MEP systems during the construction or operation of the utility system. Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings. Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. Develops criteria and performance specifications required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
