The Track Lead for Support & Operations is responsible for managing operational excellence, focusing on continuous improvement and effective problem-solving. This role is pivotal in ensuring the support team meets client SLAs while fostering team empowerment through strong leadership and innovation in process development.(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Terraform And Aws Cloudformation To Improve Management Reporting And Streamline Information Flow, Ensuring Optimized Business Processes That Support Organizational Planning.2. Analyze Client Requirements And Leverage Aws Services To Ensure The Support Team Meets And Exceeds Client Expectations In Service Delivery.3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team Using Ansible And Python For Automation, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Collaborative Work Environment.4. Drive Innovation By Implementing Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Practices With Terraform To Develop New Processes That Contribute To Organizational Progress And Efficiency.5. Develop And Implement Solutions With Aws Paas That Align With Customer Needs, Driving Business Results And Enhancing Overall Service Delivery.Skill Requirements
1. Proficient In Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Using Terraform And Aws Cloudformation.2. Strong Knowledge Of Aws Services And Paas Solutions.3. Familiarity With Automation Tools Such As Ansible And Scripting In Python.4. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Operational Management Capabilities.Certification
