Kaabil Finance is looking for a driven and experienced Team Lead - Tele Collections to manage our calling team and strengthen our recovery performance across early, mid, and hard buckets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tele-collections, strong team management capabilities, and a sharp understanding of recovery processes.Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of Tele-Collections Executives to achieve monthly recovery targets.- Monitor team productivity, call quality, and adherence to scripts and compliance guidelines.- Review call dispositions, drive follow-ups, and optimise contactability and conversion.- Coordinate with field, legal, and MIS teams for escalations and case resolutions.- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and highlight trends, gaps, and action plans.- Ensure customer communication is professional and compliant.Requirements :- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.- 6+ years of experience in Telecalling team handling, with at least 1-3 years in Collections.- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.- Good understanding of digital/tele calling workflows, basic MIS, and recovery mechanisms.- Experience in NBFCs/Banks/Fintech collections preferred but not mandatory.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:- Health insurance- Life insurance- Provident FundWork Location: In person (ref:updazz.com)
