Position: Corporate Agency ManagerDepartment: Banca ChannelExperience: 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing of BFSI/Insurance or Similar IndustryCTC: 3.15 LPA + Incentive + Other BenefitsKey Responsibilities:

Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners (Bank/NBFC/MFI/Broker)
Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy
Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions
Providing pre- and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement)
Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms

Candidate Preference: * Good Communication Skills

Ability to convince and influence others
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
Goal orientation despite pressures and setbacks
Willing to Travel in the designated region / city
Local Language preferred
