- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping (India & Australia)
- Handle AR/AP, invoicing, and collections
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Maintain accounting records and databases
- Manage GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS, PF, Form 16
- Support Australian tax compliance (training provided)
- Ensure timely statutory filings
- Coordinate with auditors/consultants
- Work closely with the CFO/Head of Operations on financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements
- Support reporting, audits, and financial analysis
- Improve reporting accuracy and workflows
- Provide global team support (remote)
- Handle scheduling, travel coordination
- Assist in team engagement initiatives
- Manage ad-hoc operational tasks
- Identify automation opportunities
- Support implementation of tools/AI solutions
- Improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability
- Show curiosity and interest in exploring automation tools and AI solutions (prior experience not required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- Degree in B.Com, CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) with skills in accounting, taxation, and financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws preferred.
- Eagerness to learn international finance, especially Australian standards.
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for smooth teamwork.
