Join us and be part of something extraordinary.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Product Owner to join our Enterprise Custody Platform team. This role is located in Pune, India.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Set a clear product vision and communicate it effectively
Own end-to-end delivery on pod outcomes, including software delivery and operating models, where applicable
Translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for your team; maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team
Facilitate release planning with stakeholders
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product vision aligns within platform strategy and requirements
Accountable for product specific business outcomes once solution enters production, and communicating with stakeholders
Support messaging, communication and client outreach as necessary
Monitor the risk and regulatory environment and partner with senior management to consider changes to deliverables as needed

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Experience as a product owner and with agile ways of working, including sprint planning and backlog prioritization
Experience articulating a roadmap
Some relevant institutional banking domain expertise and knowledge, ideally in the Custody business and trade/instruction capture
Experience with leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in a complex organization
Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor
Strong communication skills, both with team and executives
Ability to leverage multiple influencing techniques to motivate a team
Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress mindset & behaviours
Passion for changing status quo and driving out-of-the-box ideas
Outcome-oriented
Non-hierarchical, transparent, trusting, trustworthy
Eagerness to ‘roll up the sleeves in execution and learning; pushes the team to do the same
Comfortable escalating issues & blockers for resolution
