Senior Manager - Techno Commercial

• Ensuring smooth functioning of stores Operations as per the SOPs and DOA.
• To ensure smooth operation of Receipts, unloading, segregating, preserving, storage and issue of materials.
• To ensure timely and proper documentation of the above, monthly reconciliation of free issue materials to agencies against service order and to ensure that the materials issued are within the limit, if any, set in the service order.
• To ensure good and healthy work culture / environment among the team members
• To ensure no deviation on inventory KPI and ensure for better improvement of the same.
• Ensuring compliance to various standards IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001), EnMS.
• Encouraging the team member in welcoming the new ideas for better development on 5 S, and to keep the enthusiasm levels high.
• To ensure good practicing of inventory control system to optimise the inventory level on the unit.
• To ensure no stock out of MRP items in stores.
• Ensure correct accounting and timely scraps disposal
• To ensure the statutory requirement such as renewal explosive license, stamping of dispensing unit / Weigh Bridge/ weighing scale are compiled as per the time schedule.
• Liaoning with the customs officials and explosive officials as and when required.
• Ensure MIS generation and circulation on fortnightly / Monthly / yearly basis to the management.
• To ensure and encourage healthy competitiveness among the team members.
• To support the team for betterment officially and personally.
• To follow and ensure 100% Health & Safety Practices as per Chetna.
• Recognition & prevention of unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
• Adherence to PPE's as per work requirements - Self and team.
• To strictly adhere to points mentioned in JSA, at applicable areas.
