
Sales Operations Officer

- Pre-Sales activities through the Analysis of various data sets to determine Lead Generation and White Space Analysis to be shared with the Commercial team
- Collate and analyze business data
- Work on various Commercial reports prepared for the Commercial Leadership and beyond
- Develop and establish frameworks to improve data collection and analysis to identify trends
- Direct inputs in forecasting, target planning and analysis, setting and tracking of KPIs
- Consolidation and reporting of data for external reporting purposes
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Statistics;
- Expanded experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI and possibly even Salesforce Analytics
- Experience with working with large datasets and being able to structure and analyse complex and large data sets coming from different sources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to foster positive interaction with internal parties;
- Sales oriented thought process and skills;
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced working environment;
- Familiarity with MS Office programs;
- Experience with Salesforce;
- Excellent attention to detail; and
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
